All fudge base mixes and add-in ingredients that we use to make our fudge are gluten-free (for example, our cookies and cream fudge is made with gluten-free Oreos).  Additionally, we have committed to maintaining a gluten-free production environment to make our fudge in. Mammoth Owner, Deb Hankinson, has been gluten-free for over 15 years and has a degree in Nutrition Therapy.  She is committed to educating and leading the Mammoth team to ensure that we produce only gluten-free fudge products. 

Our fudge is not diary-free since milk products are used in our base mix.  We cannot claim that our fudge is tree nut-free or peanut-free either since we currently do not have an area for fudge manufacturing with nuts that is completely segregated.   While we are careful to keep peanut and peanut butter containing fudges aways from other fudge flavors, cross-contamination can occur.  As we grow as a company, this is something that we will continue to develop.  It is our plan to provide our nut-free customers with more assurances and guarantees in the near future.  

Our fudge is made with only the highest quality ingredients to ensure a creamy and delicious product that tastes fresh and not artificial – and has a reasonable shelf life.  We use real butter, quality cream and cocoa, real fruit mashes, flavorings and colorings, and of course, no high fructose corn syrup.  Each fudge piece you select will come with a label listing in detail the ingredients we used.
