Did you know that Alamosa County and the San Luis Valley is potato country? Second to Idaho, our high alpine valley produces an amazing 2 billion pounds of potatoes a year! Mammoth has partnered with a local grower, Fresh Farms, to make sure we use the highest quality potatoes for our Spud Café.
So come and indulge in our mouthwatering local potato dishes and fresh salads, soups and more! Each menu item has been crafted with care to ensure a flavorful and satisfying eating experience. Our café is proud to be 100% gluten free and we can easily accommodate diary free dietary restrictions.
