Delicious Catering Options
At Mammoth Alamosa, we are thrilled to provide a creative “out of the box” catering service that brings the flavors of our local culture right to your event or celebration. We will travel to your location and set up a Spud Bar where “made to order” loaded spuds are served to your group. We also include salads and of course, fudge for dessert. Because of the set up, prep time and traveling with hot potatoes, our target event size is 20-50 people.
If you don’t have space for your event, you can reserve our Spud Café. We have hosted several birthday parties and corporate meetings so far, but the sky’s the limit. Our maximum seating capacity is 20.
